We assist both developers and owners in connection with regulatory and authorisation issues by also liaising with the relevant permitting authorities.

We also assist traders (electricity and gas market) in both the wholesale and retail markets.

In the international field, we regularly assist clients, in relation to projects in the energy sector, at the contractual level (EPC, EPCM, BOT and others) both in the drafting and negotiation of contracts and in the day-to-day management of orders, including the claim management and dispute resolution phases.
