Professional experience
Giuseppe has gained a significant experience in drafting, negotiating and managing national and international EPC, O&M, Supply and Installation contracts for medium-large projects in infrastructure, chemical and energy sectors
for projects
with both bespoke and the various FIDIC form of contract, ICC contracts, LOGIC, CRINE and EIC standard forms.
Recently he has assisted Italian Employers and Contractors in construction works to be carried out in Middle East, Russian Federation, South and Central America. He has also gained a relevant experience in disputes and claims management related to construction projects.
He advises clients on project development (including the tender phase), in the contractual documents preparation stage and in the claim management phase (extra works, employer’s delay, acceleration, reduction of the scope of works, suspension and termination).
Giuseppe has also a significant experience in national and international arbitrations for disputes related to the construction industry and has recently acted as Counsel in ICC and LCIA international arbitrations.
